o Low Pressure Hose: working pressure ≤10MPa, applicable to oil return line.
o High-pressure hose: working pressure 45MPa~60MPa (varying with model and steering system design), e.g., the pipeline from steering pump to steering gear needs to withstand more than 15MPa pressure.
Oil resistance

Immersion test: In the steering fluid (such as ATF Dexron III, DOT 4, etc.), immersed in 120 ℃ for 72 hours, the pipe does not dissolve, cracking, and the strength decreases ≤ 10%.
Temperature range

Conventional working conditions: -40℃~120℃ (short-term can withstand 150℃), need to maintain flexibility at low temperatures (e.g. - 40℃ bending without cracks).
Aging and corrosion resistance

Ozone test: 48 hours exposure under 50ppm ozone concentration, no surface cracking; salt spray test (GB/T 10125) ≥1000 hours without corrosion.
