Coolant hoses are mainly used to transport coolant and play the role of "blood pipeline" in the cooling system of the equipment. Its working principle is based on a simple and ingenious design. When the equipment starts running, key components such as the engine will generate a lot of heat, and the coolant will start to circulate under the drive of the cooling system. The coolant starts from the water tank and enters the components that need to be cooled through the pipe. After taking away the heat, it flows back to the radiator along the coolant hose.

In terms of material selection, high temperature and corrosion resistant rubber or plastic materials are usually used to ensure that it will not be easily broken or damaged under the long-term flushing of high temperature coolant, and maintain the stability of the coolant circulation.

When the coolant flows in the hose, the inner wall of the hose should minimize the resistance to the coolant to ensure that the coolant can circulate smoothly. This requires that the inner wall of the hose is smooth and has a certain degree of elasticity to withstand the pressure changes of the coolant. At the same time, the coolant hose is also equipped with an anti-slip device to prevent the hose from falling off due to vibration and other reasons during the operation of the equipment, ensuring the sealing of the cooling system.

The working principle of the coolant hose seems simple, but it is an indispensable part of the cooling system. Only when it works normally can it ensure that the coolant circulates in the equipment, takes away the heat, maintains the equipment in a suitable temperature range, extends the service life of the equipment, and provides reliable protection for industrial production and daily travel.
