I. Regular cleaning of the intake pipe (core maintenance)
Cleaning cycle
Conventional recommendations: every 20,000-30,000 kilometers Cleaned once. If driving on dusty and congested roads for a long time, or driving short distances frequently, the cycle should be shortened to 15,000 km or even shorter.45
Abnormal signals: when idle speed shaking, weak acceleration, and higher fuel consumption occur, it is necessary to check and clean it immediately.
Cleaning method
No-disassembly cleaning (bottle method): For light carbon deposits. Inject the special cleaning agent through the air inlet and use negative pressure to dissolve the carbon, which is convenient to operate but has limited effect.
Disassembly cleaning: for serious carbon buildup. Need to remove the intake manifold, throttle and other components, manual scraping or soaking cleaning, the effect is thorough but requires professional operation.
Walnut sand cleaning: physical removal of stubborn carbon, professional equipment is required to avoid damage to the components
II. Preventing Carbon and Pollution

Air Filter Maintenance
Regular replacement or dust removal (recommended every 10,000 kilometers to check) to prevent dust clogging the intake pipe. Poor quality or dirty air filter will lead to poor air intake and higher fuel consumption.
Oil and Driving Habits
Use high-quality fuel, and avoid low-quality oil from small gas stations (it is easy to generate gum and clog the pipeline).
Warm up the engine to operating temperature after cold start (about 1-3 minutes) to reduce oil vapor into the intake pipe.
Avoid frequent rapid acceleration to reduce the rate of carbon buildup.
Seal check
Regularly check whether the intake pipe interface and sensor rubber ring are leaking (smoke phenomenon suggests air leakage), and replace the aging hose in time
