4,Separate the fuel pump electrical plug, press and hold the snap button to disengage the supply and return line quick plugs.
5,Use the fuel tank lock ring wrench (universal service tool) to remove the lock ring.
6,Loosen the retaining snap button, then remove the fuel level sensor unit, fuel filter and fuel pump
1. Disconnect the negative battery cable after releasing the remaining pressure in the fuel line.
2, The fuel pump service hole is located in the luggage compartment, open the luggage compartment lid and remove the floor mat; when the fuel pump service hole is located in the rear seat, flip the rear seat cushion to expose the service hole.
3,Use a screw spinner to gently pivot the fuel pump plug cover from the edge.
4,Separate the fuel pump electrical plug, press and hold the snap button to disengage the supply and return line quick plugs.
5,Use the fuel tank lock ring wrench (universal service tool) to remove the lock ring.
6.Release the retaining snap button, then remove the fuel level sensor unit, fuel filter and fuel pump assembly.
